Lawrence Community Gardens grew nearly 17,000 lbs of produce in 2019 with 50% of that going out in donations either to pantries or directly to residents of Lawrence Township. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, they plan to increase their donation to 80%. The garden's Mobile Farmers Market - which accepts SNAP, WIC, and Freshbucks - coordinates with multiple urban farms in Indy to distribute their produce in addition to their own.
