Locally known as The Food Architect, Corey McDaniel is a classically trained Chef who specializes in Electric Vegan Soy-free food. His work focuses on the enhancement of the community through food and herb education, the proper preparation of fresh, flavorful dishes, physical fitness, and (most importantly) public service.
Corey, alongside Josh Ratliff, Director of Culinary Arts at Newfields, lead a team of line cooks to prepare a three-course, vegan meal using fresh produce that had been sourced from our growing partners.
